The 18th Monthly Meeting.

The 18th Monthly General Body Meeting of our Association was held on 4th March, 2024, in the premises of Ramalayam.
The discussions and resolutions are given below;

1. The 18th meeting was held on 4th March, 2024 at 5 pm at the Ramalayam premises.

2. “Birthday greetings” were extended to members born in March.
All the association members greeted those members celebrating birthdays in February.

3. The get-together party was successfully organized on 28th February 2024.
All the members shared their responses as it was an excellent experience.
The financial report was introduced.
Total members participated is 40.
Total amount collected Rs30,600.00
Total expenditure Rs26,680.00
Balance left over Rs 3,920.00
This amount has been deposited in association’s bank account.

4. The whole story about construction of shed was explained by president.
The reason for pending of work for all these years was explained by president.
The present state of work is completed up to plinth beam level.
President requested all the members to cooperate financially for completion of shed work.
The members immediately came forward and contributed 22,000.00 immediately.

5. Dr. C.Manik Prabhu garu explained about most common deceases and their precautions to be taken under the program "Doctor gari Salahaalu".

6. The meeting was concluded with vote of thanks by K. Pandurangaiah garu.
